Learn More About Donut Country

The Egles family lived in South Florida where Kristy’s father worked for the Florida Marine Patrol. Kristy’s parents decided to pursue a new opportunity and caught wind of a donut shop that was for sale in Murfreesboro, TN. They purchased the business in 1986 and moved the family.  

Kristy and her sister, Wendy, were raised in the family business, both working in the business from young ages through college. Kristy worked outside of the family business upon graduation from MTSU for 13 years. Bo was born and raised in Murfreesboro and grew up on Donut Country donuts. He retired from law enforcement after 17 years. Together, along with an amazing team, Donut Country operates 24/7. 

Both Bo and Kristy are thankful to be part of this business and for the overwhelming community support they receive. They look forward to growing the business and opening more locations to the Rutherford County residents in the near future.
